In a tragic incident, a leopard on Tuesday mauled a ten-year-old boy to death in Kreeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

SDA begins work on 600 flats in Kashmir capital

As a part of its new policy to encourage ‘vertical housing colonies’ in the summer capital, the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) today set-off its ambitious project of constructing around 600 flats at Bemina.

Militant killed, two cops injured in Kashmir ambush

A militant was killed while as two policemen were injured during an ambush on government forces patrol in South Kashmir's Pulwama district, some 45 kms from the summer capital Srinagar, late in the evening.
